Ingredients
25 ml Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
25 ml banana liqueur
25 ml Bacardi (or other white rum)
125 ml coconut milk
1 quarter fresh banana (sliced)
handful of ice
Method
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth but still thick. Pour into a glass of your choice and garnish with banana.
